The Wiesbaden Schlachthof (slaughterhouse) is the alternative cultural center of Wiesbaden. The slaughterhouse and the beautiful water tower are located next to the Wiesbaden central station and the holocaust memorial “Verladerampe” (loading ramp).
The buildings are surrounded by a park with a beach volleyball field and a lot of space for official and unofficial events.
In direct proximity of the buildings the holocaust memorial “Verladerampe” is located. Onto the leftovers of the loading ramp the artist “Yorkar7″ painted a graffiti image showing the deportation of the jews from Wiesbaden.
