Rhine Gorge Fortresses
In the Middle Rhine Valley (Rhine Gorge) are many famous castles and fortresses to be found. Georg Dahlhoff started a series of pictures which I like to recommend here. The pictures presented in this gallery show the rooftops of the city of Wiesbaden, Germany. The photographs have all been taken in Winter and from the upper decks of parking garages. A common feature of these pictures is the cloudy weather and the vivid blue tones.
